Some of these pictures were taken with natural daylight coming in the windows so you can see the correct colors.
The yellow/green pictures are lit with a small colored flourescent light at the foot of the Monster; this is how the room looks at night.
The whole shelf, including Frankenstein's cinematic ancestor, The Golem:

The figures are Horizon's Bride and Horizon's Frankenstein's Monster.
Doctor Frankenstein comes from Dimensional Design's "Crazy, Am I?" and The Golem was produced by Thomas Kuntz (Artomic).
The generator thingy came with the "Crazy, Am I?" model. The rest of the set is scratch-built. The Golem's huge book came from a gift shop - it's a Shakespeare Sonnet. There were pretty flowers on it. I threw them away.
("My sister was on the point of arranging these flowers" - Ernest Thesiger in "The Old Dark House".)
Here's what it looks like at night:

The walls are plaster over styrofoam. The bars in the window are straws painted black. The skull came from the Polar Lights reissues of the "Customizing" kits. The chains are chains (duh!), but the shackles are rubber o-rings. The floor, table, and Bride table are balsa wood.

This guy is not in a good mood....
